The Brief
Due to the fact that engagement rings are commonly only brought once in a lifetime, our target group was mainly new customers.
Marrying briefed us to come up with an idea that would improve their client service and thereby make them stand out from all other jewelers.
Our strategy was to make their service as personal as possible. By coming up with a tool that substitued the jeweller, we brought the client service to he clients home without physically being there.
Creative Execution
The sale of engagement rings had a noticeable increase of 20%. All clients were fond of the
exclusive design as well as of the usability of the business card. None of their proposals failed.
And all engagement rings fitted perfectly. This wouldn't have been possible if they didn't have
our helpful pocket service to hand.
Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.
Our creative solution was a business card that substitues a jeweller’s ring stick - his tool to find out ring sizes. Because the business card can be rolled up into a ring stick it helped men to secretly find out their women’s ring size. It was easy for men to propose with a perfectly fitting ring. This wouldn’t have been possible if they didn’t have our personal pocket service to hand.
