The First Online Dictation was taken by over 65 000 people, making it one of the most successful Slovak campaigns ever!

A unique microsite that got you back to school and made you guilty of pissing off your teacher. As a punishment, you had to take a dictation - a tricky dictation full of grammar exceptions, spiced up with a funny storyline and teacher’s interruptions in form of typical moral preaching. The teacher corrected the dictation immediately. Then you could show off your grade on Facebook.

Store chain Tesco wants to let all parents know about their wide offer of school supplies before the beginning of the new school year. We live in the age of technology that enables us to write without touching a pen and actually thinking about it. Thus, we‘re forgetting the craft of writing as well as the grammar. And that is why we have sent them BACK TO SCHOOL! The Slovak language is one of the most difficult languages to master. Thus the phenomenon of dictation has always been a crucial part of teaching the language at schools as a way of perfecting the grammar in coherent texts. The tradition of dictation is truly well established. Back at school, every parent had to take hundreds of them. Today, dictation symbolizes the good old times for all of them.
