The Campaign
At an undefined location people from all over the world with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds gather and start collaborative construction project. But they do not communicate with each other, each party works for themselves. In addition every one works with their own construction method. While one group is building a door, another group walls it up already. Immediately after finishing up a wall, it gets sawn up. This happens over and over again. We witness a huge disorder, in which everyone works against each other. At the end the workers stand in front of a huge and shaky house, consisting of many different building styles. It comes to the inevitable end: The building starts to wobble and collapses spectacularly. After the collapse the people look clueless at the ruin of their work. The claim of the campaign emphasizes the final scene: There is always a job to be done. Finally the mass of DIYers awakens and get it together. Together they start over again and for the first time stand helping to each other’s side
