The letters were published as GIF-animations along with creative and appealing job descriptions on the microsite http://thecreativehouse.db-n.com as well as on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
WIRED, Fast Company, Fubiz, Behance and many more were fascinated: The Creative House went viral and got featured in blogs and magazines all over the world. Thus deepblue raised a lot of awareness – not only as an inspiring employer but also as a leading agency for creative work.
We gained the double amount of applications from more countries than ever. The creative house was a great icebreaker in each interview and finally we were able to hire new Talents who make us an even better agency.
Scince 15 years deepblue networks is a successfull advertising agency. Always investing in new talents and pushing forward in new fields of communication, deepblue was in 2014 among hamburg's 10th most popular employer in the digital Industrie. The Problem: deepblue isn't known well beyond the borders of germany, but the 'war of talents' makes it neccessary to stand out internationally.
Focussing on the fact that deepblue units 140 specialist from all fields of communication under a single roof, we developed a new positioning: The Creative House.
We visualized our Creative House by illustrating each of the eight letters of ‘DEEPBLUE’ in an entertaining and distinctive way, inspired by the architectural design of our company’s building. We added tiny characters to every letter, which are all based on real stories of our employees. This way each letter represents a department and shows fun animations of our everyday work.
