The Brief
To make people aware that they don’t have to go to the post office to collect missed consignments – they can also receive them wherever they are.
Campaign Success
With our stunt we could create a direct contact with people who didn’t know about our service. Further we expand the effect of these surprises also on the web.
Describe the success of the promotion with both client and consumer including some quantifiable results
30,000 surprised pedestrians who experienced the new service
2,000,000 views on Facebook and YouTube
Explain why the method of promotion was most relevant to the product or service
In Switzerland, it used to be that if you missed delivery of a parcel at home, you had to go to the post office to collect it the next day. However, since 2015, Swiss Post has been offering a new service: you can now receive missed consignments wherever you are.
