Kanar: On this drawing we see the two murderers of Charlie Hebdo on the run.
They’re running and running… along some sort of straight grey line.
Suddenly, they’ve stopped running, they’re frightened and glued to the spot, because, in front of them is a big white cloud with an arm sticking out.
One can imagine this is a divine arm: the arm of Muhammed or Allah. At the end of the arm, the hand is holding a yellow sign, towards them. On it are written three words: “Je suis Charlie”. That’s all.
VO: Are we about to hear only a description of Kanar’s drawings? We can’t let it come that far.
