Brief Explanation
"I received a package containing three gun bullets with the message: We are watching you." This is how Tatelicious Karigambe, a 25 year old transgender woman, begins to tell her story. We see images of her in Sweden mixed with images from Zimbabwe. She tells us how she was harassed by the government and how she realized she had to flee to Sweden. She tells us she was raped when she was twelve and that this was how she got HIV.
But she isn't a victim. She wants to work for the UN to make people understand the importance of finding out about their HIV status. She tells us her daugther is the reason why she keeps on being a fighter and a survivor. The film ends with texts saying that you can live a good life with HIV and that no one in Sweden is deported because of HIV.
