Brief Explanation
In this film we take the viewer on a walk through some of the worlds most absurd laws. We are not told why we are introduced to these various absurd, funny or even terrifying laws, but in the end are told that what is most absurd is the fact that we don't have any international laws against tax shelters.
All laws have been fact checked, but obviously are not all enforced.
