Brief Explanation
Artistic pool, one of the most acclaimed precision sports in the world, seems tricky enough. So we let a 24 tons mining drill give it a shot. We brought a pool table and the billiards expert Niclas Bergendorff 140 feet underground to meet up the drill rig and the mining engineers. This is a one-take where we follow the aim to pull off the most elaborate trickshot in the world – The Butterfly. The final film is narrated by the well renowned John Virgo, English former professional snooker player and more recently a snooker commentator and TV personality. The music is especially composed by legendary Swedish music producer Martin Konie Ehrencrona.
