Brief Explanation
Adidas Train & Run unleashes your best. To describe this, we asked runners to talk about unleashing their best, while they were doing exactly that. At the very moment they beat their record. By using the app’s functionalities, we could record their motivational speeches at the exact moment the runners beat their record. By combining their answers, we created the story of the film. In the film, we see various female runners get up and ready to run their urban track. Ready to be faster than the day before, the women set the clock and start running. We follow the runners as they take us through their daily run. Sweating and gasping for air, they get down to the essence of running as their tool of empowerment.
