Brief Explanation
An African boy is giving a class presentation. He talks about the Belgian healthcare system, with its readily available physicians, access to affordable pharmaceuticals and excellent hospital care. In his classmates’ imagination the description takes on a surreal, fairytale-like quality. His monologue is abruptly cut short when the teacher demands him to stop talking nonsense. Humiliated and demoralised, he returns to his seat.
