Brief Explanation

The Tutorial tells the story of a meeting between one of Formula 1’s most famous drivers – David Coulthard - and a newbie, intercut with an intense action journey. Coulthard‘s takes the newbie on a journey explaining that Formula 1 is not just about constant challenges and thrills for the drivers but also immense fun for the non-drivers. A succession of scenes, from adrenalin fuelled pit stops to glamorous yacht parties build the story until it’s revealed that the newbie’s journey was just a dream. The duo never really left the VIP bar where they met, the newbie was just entranced and transported by Coulthard’s incredible description of the Formula 1 world. We end on Coulthard outsmarting the Heineken Guy by taking his two bottles – the last of the entire party – and we understand that his epic storytelling was simply a distraction.
