Brief Explanation

The film opens with a surprising claim: Finland is Europe’s sexiest country. Paired with romantic imagery of Finland, it goes on to explain Finnish sexual culture with a humorous and ironic tone. But we also learn that there is some truth to the opening statement. The film explains how many aspects of Finnish culture actually contribute to good, safe and respectful sex: Finns are comfortable with nudity, take pride in gender equality and don’t think of sex or condom use as taboos.
