Brief:
Swiss Life is the oldest life insurance group in Switzerland (since 1857). The company accompanies its customers throughout a lifetime. The intention was to bring this to mind in our fast-paced age.
Solution:
We sought out the customer who has been insured by Swiss Life the longest: Hans Knecht. His policy has been active for 100 years. We congratulated on his 101st birthday in a special way.

Hans Knecht’s favorite newspaper is the renowned “Neue Zürcher Zeitung”. For Hans Knecht’s 101st birthday we arranged for the entire edition of the newspaper to appear with the title page from the day of his birth: June 7, 1917. With a corresponding explanation inside.
Result:
1. A moving birthday celebration for Hans Knecht.
2. A newspaper that caught the eye of 239’000 readers.
3. 239,000 readers who now know: Swiss Life has served satisfied customers for over 100 years.
