Write a short summary of what happens in the radio advert
We hear a man reading out loud from a mindfulness book. The book describes how to meditate: “sit in lotus position, breathe out and make sure your head entirely”... and then the sentence breaks off because our reader turns the page. He continues to read out loud, but this time it’s an extract from a war novel. In the story, a head explodes on the windshield of a jeep, caused by the gunshot of an enemy sniper. By combining the sentence from the mindfulness book (“breathe out and make sure your head entirely”…) with that of the war novel (“...explodes on the windshield of the jeep by the sniper’s gunshot”) we create a comical effect, leading to the sales promo: buy two different books on online bookshop Bol.com and get a five euro gift card.
