Write a short summary of what happens in the film

The film teaches people in a charming way how to pack small. The clou: the whole film is shot in a miniature world. All elements are tiny models of real objects. In this mini set a life-size hand packs his bag for a flight and shows useful tips that keep your luggage small and your flight on time.

Cultural / Context information for the jury

Flight passengers often take too much carry-on luggage on the plane. This causes flight delays because the boarding process takes too long. For a smooth boarding procedure and a punctual departure it is essential that the carry-on baggage corresponds to the regulations. Lufthansa wanted us to get this message to their passengers in an inspiring way without being patronizing.

Tell the jury about the production design / art direction. You may wish to comment on choices, challenges or effects.

We had to create a miniature world. Everything had to be scaled down, so everything was being handmade for the film. We worked with a model designer, one of the best on this field to create over 50 props on a scale of 1:8. The challenge was to make everything look like it was normal size at first glance.
