Cultural / Context information for the jury

McDonald’s in Sweden launched Big Mac Bacon. Simply a classic with bacon. To promote the news we added bacon to other things that are just as classic as The Big Mac – famous artworks. Bacon was put on the shoulder of Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa," on the pitchfork in Grant Wood's' "American Gothic" and on the jacket of Van Gogh's self-portrait. Every delicious strip of bacon was imitated in the style of each artwork.
