Cultural / Context information for the jury

VOO Telecom is Belgiums biggest Telco challenger. Since the internet has become so much part of our daily life, one of the main battlefields and reasons to switch provider is the speed of the internet. VOO Telecom has invested in modern technology and because of that, they are now able to offer an internet speed that is up to 4 times faster than their biggest competitor, the market leader. To promote its fastest internet in Belgium’s famous weekly art supplement of National newspaper 'La Libre Belgique", VOO telecom launched modern art ads that turned out to be real screenshots of crappy video calls. Modern art at first sight. Slow internet at second.
