The protagonist Aziza disagrees with a TV reporters dismal predictions of poor children in «Africa». This sparks a story of the powerful ambitions of the coming generation of problem-solvers. The film ends with a message which translates to «Join SOS. Become a sponsor».

Please tell us about how the work challenged / was different from the brands competitors

Norwegian fundraising communication has traditionally been characterized by passive, suffering children in desperate need of help. For decades, the standard has been skinny kids in dirty clothes, covered in flies – often accompanied by a white and wealthy Norwegian celebrity on the verge of tears. However, children are valuable resources. That's why, this time, SOS Children's Villages wanted to tell a different story.
