Write a short summary of what happens in the film

To more than half of humanity, a little more tech would make a massive difference. So Huawei started “Tech4All”, a global initiative for digital inclusion in education, environment, economic development and healthcare. To create positive vibe and get people to join and support, we created a charming mascot – and sent him on a journey around a wonderful little world, spreading tech to where it is needed most. The song “A million dreams” provides the congenial soundtrack to his adventures. As of today, more than 820.000 viewers have seen how tech can make millions of dreams come true.

Tell the jury about type(s) of animation used and summarise any relevant challenges or techniques.

We used digital technology (3D animation) to celebrate digital technology. But we wanted the bits and bytes to look and feel like wood and wire. Not digitally incorporeal, but as warm and real and tangible as possible. Creating a toy world full of loving detail and cute creatures, so vivid you almost hear the soft clicking and whirring of the machinery underneath.
