Write a short summary of what happens in the film

Tatra banka, the third largest Slovak bank, has decided to abandon the tradition of buying Christmas presents and sending Christmas wishes to its clients because of sustainability. The bank's vision was to bring clients something of lasting value. Our idea was to buy a work of art for the Slovak National Gallery, which will remain here for future generations. The choice fell on the work of the most successful world-renowned Slovak artist Roman Ondak, Time Capsule. And since it is a conceptual art, we also created the spot in the spirit of conceptualism. The leitmotiv was the atmosphere from his studio in combination with the message of the art work and its subsequent installation in the Slovak National Gallery.

Cultural / Context information for the jury

Tatra banka has long supported art. They are also associated with art within their positioning. In the past, they collaborated with Slovak artists on the creation of a special edition of payment cards, on which they displayed their artworks. Within its foundation, they also regularly award the Tatra banka Foundation Prize for Art.

Tell the jury anything relevant about the cinematography.

In our visual we retell the story of Roman Ondak's artwork. The video is a compilation of scenes that, like the artwork, are conceptual and the overall atmosphere is more important than the work itself. Roman Ondak's artwork is special because of its idea and legacy. We also adapted the shooting style, the brightness of the shots and the editing composition. Shooting on a film camera completed this story perfectly.
