Write a short summary of what happens in the film
Our video takes us into the privacy of an autocrat and shows us, that they are only humans, too.
We see an old sleepless man, obviously worried by the news and happenings outside. Later we reveal that it’s the news that keep him awake and that he’s not the average old man, but an autocrat.
Please tell us how the brand purpose inspired the work
As an international broadcaster reaching out to 249 million people worldwide weekly, DW realizes that the press plays a major role in leading the fight against autocrats and totalitarian regimes, where people and the press are silenced or censored. Our dedication for unbiased news and tools against censorship hopefully mean bad nights to autocrats.
