Write a short summary of what happens in the film
In order to get closer than ever to nature, our film takes the viewer on a hypnotic looped journey into the wondrous macro texture and colours of a butterfly’s wing, revealing within it the epic grandeur of a natural environment that in turn becomes the creature’s habitat.
Our spot opens moving towards a butterfly resting on a rock near a waterfall. The camera goes into macro detail on its vibrant wings until we’re almost part of the patterns and textures we pass over. A rich green pattern on a wing transitions into a lush forested landscape, marking the change from macro shot to epic wide.
We pass over the forest heading towards a distant waterfall, before revealing more butterflies darting about close to the water’s edge. One of these rests on a rock, in front of the waterfall; it is the same butterfly we first encountered, in the same spot.
