Brief Explanation

To bring to life TalkTalk's mission to brighten up family homes across the country, a motley crew of six household objectsembark on an epic journey to find great TV. The spot sees the group of friends set out on a treacherous, odyssey-style quest, battling against the elements in a quiet corner of suburbia, to reach their destination – a warm, inviting TalkTalk home made brighter by TalkTalkTV. Shot in cinemascope, voiced by Derek Jacobi and accompanied by the sweeping score from 'Last of the Mohicans' it creates a cinematic experience normally reserved for the world of feature films.

Creative Execution

'The Mission' tells the story of 5 little characters on a quest to find better TV. Set in suburbia the journey only takes them round the corner but it has the dramatic feeling of an epic quest thanks in large part to the choice of a sweeping filmic score from Last of The Mohicans.
