The Brief

Create a surprising give-away to advertise the wide range of products providing comprehensive financial security by AXA and remind their clients in a non moralizing but entertaining way that accidents and unfortunate coincidences can happen every day. In addition the measure should help the AXA-agents sell more insurance products.

How the final design was conceived

The final design had to convey a twofold message: One, that our potential clients lead an active life with a lot of social interaction and fun going on. And two, that they also have a serious and responsible side that requires them to look fresh for the important tasks ahead. The compositions of the final visuals reflect these two sides and bring them together seamlessly.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Thanks to the 2014 AXA Insured Loss Calendar our insurance advisers had not only an entertaining gift for their private clients but also a useful tool to show them the variety of insurance solutions (100 in total) and to draw their attention to other products. So far AXA could raise the cross-selling-rate by 8% in switzerland.
