Brief Explanation
The webguerillas are the first full-service agency for alternative marketing. And when we say “alternative”, we don’t just mean “different” as we also take alternative to mean bold, well thought out, innovative and open to exploring various new solutions and paths. Our new concept therefore offers three websites rolled into one, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Visitors should be presented with an intuitive structure that guides them to technically breathtaking pages filled with relevant content that reflects and imparts our expertise.
The Brief
Job applicants aren’t interested in the same things as business customers, and that applies vice versa. We wanted to provide visitors with an agency website fitted to their individual needs. We started redesigning everything from scratch - even our CI.
How the final design was conceived
We wanted to revamp our long-established corporate design, with a fresh, clean and expressive look. Away from gradients and glossy effects towards minimalistic design. Grass green transformed to a cool neon green, classic black became a dark muddy grey and three-dimensional button effects were replaced by simple flat surfaces. Oversized typography, unusual line-breaks & special characters complete this bold look and ensures interesting contrasts. For the imagery the employees themselves became the main characters of the visual concept thanks to playful and inspiring photo compositions, which impart the unique ethos of an agency that lives and breathes team spirit.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Excellent feedback was accompanied by a major upturn in figures: 30% more visitors viewed 141% more pages and the average time spent on our site rose by more than a minute.
