Brief Explanation
Knowing that the company website is important when recruiting talent and attracting new business we defined two main KPI’s: 1. Website traffic; number of visitors and retention. 2. Number of open job applications (with retained level of quality).
The Brief
The brief was to create a site that reflects our agency’s values: brave, forward thinking and collaborative. We also wanted to show a high-level of craftsmanship. The target groups were: 1. New and existing clients, 2. New talent.
How the final design was conceived
As we all know, self-promotion isn’t as easy as you would like it to be. So, we gave the brief to another agency. Problem solved, right? Things went horribly wrong. The solution presented was total crap and we had to bring the project back to ourselves. We formed a small team of three people and called in our friends at Enjoythis to help us with the coding. From that point, everything went like a dream.
Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Since launch in late April 2014 to October 31 the site has been showcased on both siteinspire.com and awwwards.com. We’ve seen a fantastic growth in both traffic (856% increase) and open ended job applications (122% increase) compared with the same period in 2013.
