The Campaign
The annual report of Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Österreichs was displayed as a magazine online. We did proof the quality of our work to stakeholders not only in facts and figures, but in articles, a special interest magazine would have. We also used videos and audio-files, implemented in the magazine, to make our work more visible to the public. After six months of in-house work, we could proudly present our "Jahresbericht" by distributing small folders to our stakeholders. The report files could be easily opened via QR-code. Our online magazine Jahresbericht gives people easy access and is also more environmentally friendly compared to a printed report.
The Brief
Research about the needs of our target audience, stakeholders and also employees showed us that more information, audiovisual content and also an easier access was requested. So we decided to improve our reports. There are two in total each year - for Vienna as such and Austria - and so we launched two new magazines, which we could display online.
Results
Our target audience got in touch with our Jahresbericht 4.660 times. Some of our readers even sent us an email and told us how much they liked our new yearly reports. They also recommended them and posted the link on social media platforms such as facebook.

Mainly 3 people worked on the content (Public Relations) and 3 worked on the look and feel (Graphic Design). Since the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund releases the magazine Leben&Helfen 4 times a year, we already had know how about the production of magazines. But our Jahresbericht should be even more fresh, young, informative and of course easy to read.
The Situation
Every year the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Österreichs printed app. 5.000 annual reports, which were partly distributed by mail. However feeback was little, people seemed not to read that Jahresbericht.
The Strategy
