Brief Explanation
In the commercial “Cat”, we see a man sitting on his couch watching a show on his TV. Oddly enough, a cat is sitting on his head with its tail hanging down in front of the man’s face. The man keeps watching as if it was the most normal thing in the world.
A voice-over says:
“Something’s strange here.”
The man peers into the camera and says:
“You’re right. There’s no commercial break.”
We tell it how it should be: “Commercials are on pause when your entertainment is on. TV shows and movies - and nothing else.”
With the absurd situation of the cat sitting on the man’s head we point out in a clever way, that TV commercials are a thing of the past with Netflix’s streaming service.
