Brief Explanation
The story of the robin, the nation’s favourite bird, springs to life in our new Christmas campaign for Waitrose. We
follow the courageous young robin on an epic journey #HomeForChristmas where a young girl eagerly awaits his
annual return. The spot was directed by Sam Brown and features an adaptation of ‘Cambridge, 1963’ by composer
Jóhann Jóhannsson from his Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe-winning score for The Theory of Everything.
