Brief Explanation
In this film we paint an allegory of what it feels like to experience bullying, harrassment and discrimination. With mobile phones in every kid’s pocket the chance to hide or avoid your bullies is gone. Imagine that, never feeling safe. What does the sound of a text message sound and feel like? Like the light going out or being pulled down and losing your breath? You no longer find bullies in the halls or on the school yard. They are invisible, but as cruel and damaging as ever. By placing the scene off campus we show that every student has the lawful right to be free from bullying – both on and off campus.
