Brief Explanation

Just another day in a photographer’s life. We are at his studio. It is filled with old-fashioned photo gear, furniture and mementos. Clearly, the man who works here has seen it all. In the middle, there is a tripod with a Huawei P10 smartphone mounted on it. The photographer is bustling about. He is ageing, but still passionate. His clothes suggest he is rather traditional. Suddenly, the man says something towards a chair placed in front of the camera. We cannot see who is sitting there. It strikes us, however, that the photographer is not speaking any known language. As it turns out, it is entirely appropriate, as his customer speaks in the same way. During the video, we cannot see who is being photographed, until the man shows the result of his work on the screen. In the final scene, he puts up another perfect portrait on a board.
