Brief Explanation
Five short animation pieces were projected onto Aarhus Cathedral, together lasting approx. 35 minutes. Together these pieces told the history of Aarhus - from its humble beginnings to the Viking ages to the industrialization age to World War II to today. Essentially, Aarhus Cathedral was turned into the ultimate big screen. The show was shown 12 times over the course of 4 days. On the final two nights the show was accompanied by live music, led by DJ Static who produced a soundtrack specifically for this show/event/build.
Please review the case film for a better understanding of the event.
