The Campaign
For the launch of our Facebook channel internationally, we've created a series of assets including animated gif, videos and key visuals to be played around with different media. Thumbs up, dab, famous players and color of the team jerseys lead us into the call to action "Like us on Facebook".
The general esthetic is simple, back to the basics; we used only fonts, colors of the teams mixed with the Facebook colors and football footage.
Creative Execution
The campaign was created in 3 months and is a collaboration between our internal DFLDS team and on international Design Agency.
The Facebook Channel has now over three million of registrated fans, with a growing number.
Football is, above all, a feeling. And it’s not limited to match days or stadiums. That’s why the Bundesliga offers thrilling entertainment always through exciting football and lots of offerings via numerous different Channels. We believe the Facebook launch campaign of Bundesliga is relevant when thinking about importance of social media for the sport business.
