Brief Explanation

Waking up in the morning, a little girl is happy to see the smog outside her window. Different from the people who complain about the smoggy day or stay indoors, she really enjoys being outdoors. After breakfast, she puts her mask on and runs outside. She says "hi" to people who pass-by, and helps the traffic policeman.
