Brief Explanation

Together with his daughter, a father picks up her boyfriend at a train station. From the very first moment the caring dad reacts iffy towards the shy boy. Driving away in the father’s Passat, the young couple feels safe and unobserved at the backseat of the car. They can’t wait to do what young couples do. But soon the boy realizes the controlling glances of the father in the rear-view mirror of the car while driving slowly in a traffic jam. He almost never takes his eyes away from him. Quickly, the boy realizes why the father is able to do so: the traffic jam assist of the Volkswagen is driving the car almost driving fully autonomically. When they pass a packed bus and see another couple kissing passionately, the young man desperatly whises to swap places with them.
