Brief Explanation
A man is captivated on a chair inside of a dark cellar. His hands are tied up behind his back. A black ball gag is fixed in his mouth. He’s obviously caught in a torture chamber. Suddenly, we hear the sound of a clattering chainsaw. The frightened man starts breathing rapidly and heavily through his nose. The words “Could be worse” appear in the picture. Then, we see the packshot of the omnivit nasal spray.
