Write a short summary of what happens in the film

In this story we meet a wide range of people - from trendy fashion influencer Cajsa Wessberg to esport pro Olofmeister, who we see using digital tools in their everyday life. But at the same time they claim that what they're doing in the digital world isn't for real. No matter if they're working online or socialising, playing esport or dating online. It's of course an ironic statement, which we clarify through the film, where the story shows the positive reality. So the influencer creates a new trend thats spreads like wildfire and Olofmeister wins a real tournament before a crowd of thousands, and a Tinder couple is swiped from the phone into a church to get married. This way se show all the great things that only could have happened thanks to their phones. We end with a text saying: The world has changed. Have You?

Cultural / Context information for the jury

The people in the film are all well known for a Swedish audience. The man on the sofa is hockey legend and sports commentator Håkan Loeb. The E-gamer is Olof "Olofmeister" Kajbjer the most succesful CSGO player of all time. The influencer is Cajsa Wessberg - an illustrator and one of Sweden's leading fashion influencers.

Provide the full film script in English.

WE OPEN in a living room, where Hockey legend HÅKAN LOOB lies in a sofa. He turns a page in the morning paper. Something in the paper makes him scoff. HÅKAN LOOB: “E...sports.” Cut to a closeup of the paper. There’s a picture of esport champion Olofmeister intensively looking at a screen. Suddenly the picture comes alive and he glances into the camera and says in a deadpan voice:“This is not a real sport.”
Influencer CAJSA WESSBERG, walks down a street in Stockholm, shooting a selfie putting on a blue faux fur hat.
Cajsa strides down the street, spellbound by uploading the pic right away. She breaks away from the phone, looking at us. CAJSA: “This is not a real job.” Cut to a POV of a phone with Cajsa’s Instagram as the “Likes” keep buzzing in, in the thousands. The person holding the phoned puts it down to reveal A CLOTHING STORE SHELF with only one blue faux fur hat left! Our hand snatches the blue hat but ANOTHER hand grabs it at the same time. Our POV camera pans to see another woman looking straight at “us”. A frantic tugging match for the last blue hat ensues. CUT TO a top shot of astreet in Stockholm – blue hats everywhere as seen from above. The camera tilts up to a balcony, where Cajsa sits, slurping an iced coffee. She looks up at us and shrugs, nonchalantly. The camera tilts further up to the sky as a DIGITAL TOY PLANE FLIES PAST US. The shot freezes and we zoom out to reveal it’s part of a digital jigsaw puzzle for toddlers. Cut wider to reveal the kitchen where the toddler sits on the floor with the tablet. The toddler looks up at us, looks straight in the lens, and with a voice of a toddler, she says deadpan: TODDLER: “This is not a real toy.” Cut to web cam POW of the kitchen. We now see the toddler in the background and her mother in the foreground looking in to the webcam. The screen turns into a video conference window. Multiple screens pop up. Two office workers in a boring conference room. Someone with headphones on in a train. Someone in a loud Chinese restaurant. The mood is lacklustre. The guy in the Chinese restaurant breaks the silence. COLLEAGUE: “No this is not working for real.” The others nod in agreement. Cut to a classroom, where tween students sit at their tables, each with a tablet instead of a school book. SCHOOL BOY: “I’m not learning for real.” Cut to a MESSENGER WINDOW. A chat bubble appears: CHAT BUBBLE #1: We’re not real friends.” CHAT BUBBLE #2: [shock emoji] “Yes we are!.” The camera zooms INTO the black mouth of the shock emoji and travels through cyberspace ending up on a muscular guy in a tinder app. He’s is immediately swiped NO with a finger. Cut to a CLOSEUP of a 20-something woman in a sofa, swiping left - NO – NO – NO – the camera pans to reveal her mother, sitting right next to her in the cushy sofa, with a frown on her face. The music stops: MOTHER: “Why don’t you meet someone for real instead?” The 20-something rolls her eyes. Cut to a CLOSEUP of the screen as she swipes right on a guy. The camera zooms IN TO THE PHONE and around the guy. With the swipe, we follow the guy OUT OF THE SIDE of the phone, crashing into a church, where he is thrown all the way over to the 20-something, who’s now in her wedding dress by the altar. The theme of the music returns, now played on the church organ. The bride smiles a shy, awkward smile at her tinder groom. RUSH PAN to the mom in the pews, who’s crying tears of joy. Cut back to esporter Olofmeister playing a game. He lets out a triumphant cheer and jumps up from his chair and celebrates while his team and fans rush in on him. A few fans carry him while he’s holding his GOLDEN TROPHY. He looks in the camera and shouts to outshout the crowd: E-GAMER: “Esport isn’t a real sport, or is it?” Cut back to reveal that the E-Gamer is in a colossal ARENA. In the darkness, we glimpse thousands of fans cheering him on. Confetti falls and the music kicks in over the arena speakers. The crowd carry the E-gamer off. SUPER 1
