Write a short summary of what happens in the film

All of those people crazy enough to start a business, start a family, to take life by the balls and make something fantastic no matter what the naysayers. This is their story. A story about a young heroic dreamer, infected with the relentless positivity and drive to make things happen no matter what the odds. Like taking a first ride on a bicycle without stabilizers before going straight on to perform incredible BTX-style stunts. Accompanied by Queens "Don't stop me now".

Cultural / Context information for the jury

In 2016 we launched the new claim #believeinyourself for Erste Group Bank - which is way more than a simple claim. Since then every Erste Group Bank campaign tells a story about how important it is to believe in your dreams and yourself and having a reliable partner on their side. So people already knew that campaign claim but still where overwhelmed by the touching story of our little hero girl.

Tell the jury anything relevant about the direction. Do not name the director.

Unstoppable was a simple script which the director embellished with simple tricks to give it the positivity it tried to convey. He wanted to build the BMX track largely in camera without the need of expensive digital set extensions. To make the stunts seem as realistic as possible, the director cast a similar sized and aged stunt double who is a more capable rider and an older stunt double who is a proven BMX hero. The director wanted the ramp to look very much like the product of a child's imagination. Parts lashed together with garden hose, some loose planks and generally larger than life without losing its realistic touch. While it would've been easy to get lost in the technical aspects of the stunts the director wanted the story to to be more about her character, this hilarious, dramatist, dreamer, who imagines even the smallest achievements as epic adventures.
