Write a short summary of what happens in the film
In a diner, a screenwriter sits in front of his computer and tries to come up with an idea for his next screenplay. Inspiration strikes as a new Jeep® Compass passes by, and he begins to write a story that we see come to life and evolve rapidly before our eyes. The protagonist is a Jeep® Compass, which the screenwriter's imagination throws into a series of different plots, each one more surprising than the last. In the midst of a thousand twists and turns, which the car takes on thanks to its technological equipment, the spectator travels alongside the hero driver through a diverse range of cinematic genres. The finale is open to new adventures.
Tell the jury anything relevant about the direction. Do not name the director.
The direction was able to express the cinematic potential of the creative idea in the most spectacular and visually powerful way possible. Thanks to in-depth knowledge of the cinematic codes of the single genres, in each scene the direction was able to give life to different, recognizable film genres, from action movie to romantic comedy, detective story, western and sci-fi film. Their firm grasp of genre greatly helps spectators to orientate themselves in the frenetic sequence of the screenwriter’s imagination.
