Write a short summary of what happens in the film
This metaphorical and surreal film tells the story of a couple through a single wardrobe — pre-furnished apartments mean that you can spend time not building, but actually having a life.
Cultural / Context information for the jury
There are a lot of memes about couples breaking up when choosing furniture in Ikea. We've turned a simple brief about pre-made furniture into a human story of building relationships, rather than wardrobes.
Tell the jury anything relevant about the cinematography.
To tell this simple story we've created a complicated hand-crafted decoration consisting of a few sets: an empty abstract room with furniture pieces descending on the ropes, a lake and a restaurant that feel like they're inside a wardrobe, and a final living room with furniture pieces setting on their places. This surreal TV/OLV spot was edited to look like one single flight through the world of the wardrobe — all without use of CG.
