Background

Although the Schoen Clinic chain of private clinics is comparatively small, it has a lot to offer. State-of-the-art medical technology paired with a very human touch makes Schoen Clinic outstanding in its field. We were set the challenge of simultaneously communicating these two points of cutting-edge medicine and uniquely human care, in a poignant and attention-grabbing way that would set the scene for our David to conquer Goliath.

Describe the strategy

We developed a captivating social media reach and traffic campaign that successfully communicated, both, the tailor-made and state-of-the-art medicine and warm, personal touch that Schoen Clinic is uniquely able to provide. The spearhead of this campaign was outstanding emotional campaign videos.

Describe the execution

The social media posts and videos intertwine the realistic and personal journeys of different patients, from rock-bottom to recovery. The powerful videos were filmed at actual Schoen Clinic locations and focused on the medical areas that the clinic specializes in.
