Please tell us how the work was designed / adapted for a single country / region / market.
In Sweden, there’s nothing more popular than living in apartments built in the end of the 19th century. But Nordr builds new ones. When you use an UV lamp in an apartment with 37 previous owners you understand why.
Imagine a place where old sneakers sell better than box fresh ones – that’s Sweden. Because in a country where some people live in 700-year old condos, brand new ones isn’t all that attractive.
Most ads that try to convince Swedes that newly built apartments are nice focus on… it being nice. We did the opposite. We showed the ugly side of the Nordic love for old and by doing so – did something new.
