Write a short summary of what happens in the film
We invited 10 of the world's foremost researchers - and a robot! - to zoom right out to an intergalactic distance and to rethink our relationship with technology and its dilemmas from the outside. Stephen Fry has lent his iconic voice to this visionary essay, and speaks to all humanity, while the film calmly leads us through our own history, and that of technology. Philosophers, anthropologists, archaeologists and programmers show us through their thought experiments that our relationship with technology is just as much about our relationship with ourselves. 'Almost Human' is just as seductively beautiful as it is full of new and thought-provoking perspectives. And it is a film that also exposes you to a certain risk of unexpected self-knowledge. This is one of the most ambitious attempts at communicating science.
