Please tell us about the social behaviour that inspired the work
We’ve all been warned of dangers of distracted driving and phones at the wheel for many years now. Yet, with the pandemic and the advance of remote working and video calls, now there’s a new social behaviour to consider: the danger of video calling while driving.
So, we created a campaign that uses the familiar icon’s of people’s initials that pop up during a call on video conferencing platforms, to indicate the potential victims of distracted driving: children, a runner, a skater, a pedestrian, etc...
