Tell the jury about the casting process.

We went for actors who were able to deliver a very special type of humor: quirky, but never over the top. It was important for us to create relatable and likable characters, each with its very peculiar characteristic. All that within only a couple of seconds and without the use of dialogue. This required the actors to have a spot-on sense for timing, small gestures and subtle facial expressions.

Write a short summary of what happens in the film

"Incorrigible Emma" Emma is taking the elevator to her office. The up-button has already been pushed – she, however, can't resist pushing it again. Because Emma is an already-lit-elevator-button-pusher.

Cultural/Context information for the jury

Ragusa is a traditional brand of chocolate made in Switzerland. It was invented over 75 years ago and is still made with the same recipe today. Ragusa is edgy – not just because of its angular shape but also because it always stayed true to itself over the decades. Authenticity therefor is at the core of the campaign celebrating the strong brand-personality of Ragusa as well as the everyday quirky traits of its customers that make them who they are. Ragusa is like all of us – not perfect, but idiosyncratic and full of character. In one word: incorrigible.
