Tell the jury anything relevant about the edit.
The idea of our film was to evidence the inventory process after the death of the great master. So we decided to make the editing line really simple to create a feeling that you’re watching the real notary doing his job.
Write a short summary of what happens in the film
Rembrandt Van Rijn passed away on 4th October, 1669, in a modest house located in a jewish neighbourhood on the outskirts of Amsterdam. By then, most of his property had been already auctioned off.
The artist refused to pander to a painting manner, that was meant to flatter the clients. He was unable to leave hardly any inheritance, but left a great heritage, that still astonishes the world.
Sberbank, the oldest and the biggest bank in Russia, honored the great artist’s memory and invited the audience to discover his heritage in the exhibition “The Age of Rembrandt and Vermeer. Masterpieces of The Leiden Collection”.
