Background
Situation: More and more accidents happen due to texting while driving.
Brief: To raise attention for the topic and set a positive sign for Opel automobiles.
Objectives: Find a creative solution that will raise attention both off- and online.
Describe the creative idea
Four playful pieces of street-art show how many meters drivers miss on the road while texting and driving.
Describe the execution
Four individual street-art pieces where placed all around Berlin’s traffic hot spots. Widely visible to both drivers and pedestrians.
List the results
By using the culturally relevant medium of street-art we playfully attracted peoples attention, getting them to take pictures in front of the designs and share them online.
