Translation
These days, there are still people in the death cell waiting for their execution. IGFM is fighting against the death penalty but is in urgent need of supporters.
To generate a maximum impact for the topic, we place our message in a surrounding, that directly appeals to the topic of death: visualizing an obituary section of a daily journal as a citylight.
We frame them in the layout of an obituary section focusing on a death notice for a person, who is waiting for his execution – in a death cell somewhere in the world. The unusual: his date of death lies in the future.
Our message: No one should have the right to decide when somebody must die.
Cultural/Context information for the jury
Death penalty is unfortunately still a worrying topic in today’s world. This is a fact – although no one should have the right to decide when somebody must die.
