The film aims to capture the feeling of freedom by depicting a collection of moments that represent independence. The viewer is taken on an exhilarating ride that shows what independence and, on the other side of the coin, sometimes the absence of it, brings us. The film switches between the big moments, like breaking down walls, and the smaller moments of independence, such as dancing. At the heart of the film is that independence is not a given, but it is within reach. And that is precisely the beauty of it. Anybody can be and feel independent, it is in everybody. All they have to do is invest in it.
